Because enough is enough!

Hello and welcome to "Hear Us Too," a platform created out of necessity, shaped by frustration, and fueled by a commitment to ensure that no voice goes unheard when facing the might of large corporations.

My journey to establishing this blog began with a personal experience that turned from excitement to exasperation. (A Tesla Experience That Will Make You Seriously Think Before Buying One) In March 2024, I purchased a "Tesla Certified Pre-Owned" Model 3 from the Glasgow branch. This car, which was supposed to be a symbol of innovation and reliability, quickly revealed numerous defects ranging from safety-critical camera malfunctions to poor build quality and unauthorized access issues left unresolved by previous ownership.

The troubles didn’t stop at the car's condition. My attempts to address these issues were met with an overwhelming silence and disinterest from Tesla's customer service. Despite numerous calls, emails, and service requests across multiple countries, the resolution offered was slow and inadequate. The ordeal was not just about a malfunctioning vehicle; it was about feeling ignored and powerless against a corporation whose responsibility was to serve and value its customers.

This experience opened my eyes to a larger, systemic issue—many individuals feel bullied and sidelined by large corporations, left alone to fight battles that they should never have had to fight in the first place. This realization spurred me to create "Hear Us Too." This blog is more than just a place to share my story; it is a community where everyone can share their experiences and struggles with large corporations.

At "Hear Us Too," I believe that transparency and shared experiences can lead to empowerment and change. This blog aims to:

  • Provide a Platform: Offer a space where individuals can share their experiences without fear of being overshadowed by corporate narratives.
  • Educate and Inform: Help consumers make informed decisions by reading about others' experiences with various companies.
  • Advocate for Change: Push for better customer service practices and accountability in corporate governance by highlighting systemic issues in consumer experiences.

Building this blog has been a journey of turning personal adversity into a collective advocacy. It’s a call to all who have felt disregarded and undervalued by any corporation to come forward and share their story. Let's ensure our voices are heard, because in unity there is strength, and in visibility, there is hope for change.

Thank you for joining me on this journey. Together, we can make a difference. Hear us too.
